Service Description
MarkItUp is an AI-powered tool that generates marketing visuals from screenshots. It is available as a Chrome extension and a web application.
Accounts & Credits
You must sign in with a Google account to use AI generation features.
New accounts receive 5 free credits. Additional credits may be purchased.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
One credit produces one generation (up to 3 visual variations).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the AI generation pipeline.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Service.
Use automated tools to access the Service at scale.
AI-Generated Content
MarkItUp uses Google Gemini AI to generate marketing visuals. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated images may contain misspellings, visual artifacts, inaccurate text, or other errors.
Generated content is provided for marketing assistance and entertainment purposes. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated images before publishing, sharing, or using them in any context.
The Service should not be relied upon for content requiring factual accuracy, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical applications.
AI outputs may vary between generations. Results are not guaranteed to be consistent or reproducible.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. Generated visuals are yours to use for any lawful purpose. MarkItUp retains no rights to your uploaded or generated content.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. MarkItUp is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. This includes, without limitation, any errors, inaccuracies, or defects in AI-generated content.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
